2015 - WORLD INTEGRATION OF PACIFIC STATES

The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Crans Montana Forum invite the Pacific States´ Highest Level Authorities to meet in Rabat (Morocco) on December 13 to 16, 2015 to engage in a strategic and high level discussion on the key challenges and opportunities facing pacific states and the development of an efficient International Economic Cooperation.
 
This Conference will gather Heads of State and Government and Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Economy, international Trade, Public Health, Tourism, Transports, Mining, Fishing Industry and Environment.
 
The first part of the Conference will gather Heads of State and Government. It will address a number of major strategic and crucial topics including the preparation of COP 22 to take place in Morocco on next 2016.
 
The second part will be dedicated to the Cooperation with Morocco and the key Companies of the Kingdom in the fields of Tourism, Mining, Public Health, Fishing Industry, Banking and Finance.

The Club of Atlantic Africa’s Special Program was organized in the framework of the Homeland & Global Security Forum in Geneva (Switzerland), on October 14 to 16, 2015.
 
Organized in association with the Club of Ports, it was dedicated to the organized crime and drug trafficking via African ports which directly impact the political stability, the security and the development of the coastal states.

The Club of Ports’ Special Program was held in the framework of the Homeland & Global Security Forum in Geneva (Switzerland), on October 14 to 16, 2015.
 
Organized in cooperation with the Club of Atlantic Africa, it was dedicated to :
 
-Organized crime and drug trafficking via African ports have a direct impact on Political Stability, Peace, Security and Development
-Fighting Piracy : preventing and suppressing acts of Piracy and armed robbery against ships
-Strengthening border cooperation to fight trafficking through seaports, dry ports and flyways
-Building port capacities in controlling and fighting all sorts of trafficking and abusive use of reception and transit facilities
-Providing Ports with the means of combating transits related to terrorism and human trafficking

African Women's Forum - Special Program

The African Women's Forum Special Program was held in the framework of the Homeland & Global Security Forum in Geneva (Switzerland), on October 14 to 16, 2015.
 
Organized in cooperation with the Crans Montana Forum of the New Leaders for Tomorrow, it was dedicated to the issues related to the role of Women in the fight against violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism.
 
Reducing youths’ responsiveness to violent extremist rhetoric, enabling women to fight against violent extremist discourse in their families and communities, reinforcing the collaboration with civil society and notably women’s organizations, were at the center of the debates.

The New Leaders for Tomorrow met on the occasion of the 17th International Summit on Transnational Crime and Homeland & Global Security Forum. They notably were associated with the debate on the essential role of youth in the struggle against extremism and its impact on the population, in the framework of a special program organized in association with the Crans Montana African Women’s Forum.

The 17th International Summit on Transnational Crime took place as every year in Geneva (Switzerland), October 14 to 16, 2015.
 
Being a multi-dimensional platform, this Summit brings together Heads of State and Government, Ministers, International Organisations, Parliaments, Justice & Police Administrations, Intelligence Agencies and Businesses addressing the key Global Security challenges of our World.
 
Special Programs of the Club of Ports, Club of Atlantic Africa, African Women’s Forum and New Leaders for Tomorrow took place at the same time !
