The Crans Montana Forum is taking advantage of the yearly meeting devoted to Africa to organize some high level and very special sessions with the key European Union Experts and the World “majors” on Energy, Renewable Energy and International Cooperation in the field of Energy (North-South and South-South). These Sessions are opened to the African but also Latin American, Middle Eastern and Far Eastern Government Ministers in charge of Oil, Gas, Energy and related Sectors. A private Program will allow the Participants to exchange on the most immediate Agenda in the field of Energy.

The Crans Montana Forum will assist those New Leaders for Tomorrow and provide them with the capacity of having a concrete impact on global affairs and creating the tools which will help their generation to be integrated at the World level. Thanks to the cooperation of Governments, Chambers of Commerce, Professional bodies, International and Regional Organisations, the Crans Montana Forum will identify the most significant individuals, drawn from these two Regions. Together, they will form a powerful community that can directly impact their common future.

The success of Albania, now full fledge NATO Member State, in implementing major reforms to comply with the EU standards is obvious ! This major Forum will gather in Tirana, for the fifth time, key European and World Officials as well as Business leaders to evaluate the new policies implemented by the new Government of Albania after the June 2009 elections. Albania is a stable country and Prime Minister has been re-appointed for a new mandate. Main Forum’s issues : foreign investment climate, concrete opportunities mainly in Infrastructure, Energy (European Strategies in the Energy Sector for the Region), Transport and Tourism - how to support and develop Investment Projects in Albania.
