The forthcoming Homeland & Global Security Forum will address today’s major security challenges: threat is now global, our life’s framework is unpredictable and changing, political uncertainties are growing: can our World achieve the necessary adaptations?

This event will focus on enhancing police and judicial cooperation, sharing experiences and good practices but also renewing or reinventing social and economic models.

Brussels, European Capital hosting numerous Regional and International Organizations, will welcome this 19th Annual Session to take place from October 25 to 28, 2017.

Terrorism, Migration Crisis, Corruption, Protection of Maritime Activities and Fight against Piracy will be at the top of the agenda.

In parallel, the Crans Montana Forum organizes two exceptional high-level events :

1. International Conference on the Three Seas Initiative

As the European Union seeks new and innovative models to move forward, strengthening cooperation within the Central European North-South axis, from Baltic Sea to Adriatic and Black Seas, fosters new decision centers in the Eastern part of the Union. The rebalancing of global Governance within the EU and the indispensable reinforcement of regional security to boost growth and development will be the focus of this International Conference held on October 25. It will bring together, in an informal setting, key decision-makers from the 12 countries Members of this initiative and their counterparts from around the world.

2. Conference of the African Women's Forum on Women's role in Global Security

On October 27, the African Women's Forum will meet for the second consecutive year in the prestigious framework of the European Parliament. Women Heads of State and Government, First Ladies, Ministers, Parliamentarians, Businesswomen, Activists, Heads of Organisations coming from the whole World are invited to address Women’s key role in the fight against youth radicalization, uncontrolled emigration and in the social and economic development of their Country.
