The Migration Phenomena towards Europe at the core of the debates of the Forum in Dakhla

The Migrant Crisis, Border Control and management of moving populations represent a major concern and a top priority for Governments around the World. The humanitarian crisis has shown that a new approach is urgently needed.

In the framework of the Crans Montana Forum on Africa and South-South Cooperation in Dakhla, a Special Programme addresses the root causes of the migration crisis. Mr. Mohammed Tawfik Mouline, Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies of Morocco moderates the session where politicians, representatives from International Organizations as well as Members of the Civil Society discuss the future cooperation between Africa and the EU.
