So many years of efforts but a so beautiful achievement !

A very few days after Montenegro declares its independance, Amb Jean-Paul Carteron invites the Prime Minister, Mr. Milo Djukanovic to celebrate this historic event during a special event which took place in Monaco !

It was his first trip abroad after the Independance in the same way that Presient Bouteflika paid his first visit abroad after his presidential election in joining the Crans Montana Forum.

Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron is considered as one of the Fathers of the newly Independant Montenegro.

In the honour of the new Independant State, a Gala was hosted by Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron, President of the Monaco Ambassadors Club in Monaco at Hôtel de Paris, Salle Empire
