Hotel de Paris in Monaco is the place for prestigious dinners !

On this beautiful evening, Ambassador Jean-Paul Carteron who is  the Honorary Consul of Bulgaria to Monaco, hosted Mr. Petar Stoyanov President of Bulgaria and his wife.

All members of the Monaco Ambassadors Club had been exceptionally invited to join this very important moment for the Principality.

At the end of the dinner, President Stoyanov presented J-P. Carteron with the highest decoration of Bulgaria : Stara Planina First class.

Prime Minister Alain Juppé of France and one of the oldest friends to the Forum, was attending.
