Thanks to the Crans Montana Forum's support, the new Peace & Sport Organization started quickly and easily its activities.

This new Organization was created on the original idea of Mr. Joël Bouzou. An association was created and Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron became Vice-Presient of the Board, taking place among the very few Founders.

From the very first moments, the Crans Montana Forum provided Peace and Sport with its network and goodwill and dedicated all its potential for allowing the success of this Initiative placed under the prestigious Patronage of HSH Prince Albert II, Sovereign Prince of Monaco.

First steps into the international arena ! Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron presenting, for the first time, Joël Bouzou and the new Peace and Sport Organization to the international community on the occasion of a Gala Dinner organized at the Monaco Ambassaors Club during a Crans Montana Forum in Monaco.

Amb. Jean-Paul Carteron organized the seating of the official table for Mr. Bouzou to be honoured. Here, among top VIPs, close to Mrs. Carla del Ponte, General Prosecutor to the International Court of the Hague.

Then, after one year of perfusion and nursing at the Crans Montana Forum's HQ in Monaco, Amb. Carteron resigned from the Board of Peace and Sport which established its own HQs independantly from the Forum's one.

The Crans Montana Forum was satisfied to read the first newsletter of the Peace and Sport's President thanking warmly the Crans Montana Forum for its key contribution.

Indeed, at the very beginning, the support and the reputation of the Crans Montana Forum and its Chairman were really vital as the President of Peace and Sports underlines in his Newsletter :

"En tout premier lieu, l’organisation est en contact journalier permanent avec les gouvernements, depuis son siège à Monaco, à travers le Crans Montana Forum".
