Mrs. Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic has always shown the qualities of top Governmental Decision maker. She occupied numerous high level positions in Croatia and in Brussels at the NATO HQ.

In 2006 she was Minister of Foreign Affairs and she visited a number of our Forums. One of them took place in Monaco. Just after she sent me this beautiful letter.

Indeed I was delighted to present Mrs Grabar Kitarovic, on this very occasion, with the Prix de la Fondation which has accompanied and which will keep accompanying her in the difficult mission of President of the Republic of Croatia.
