Judge Bruguière officially appointed Member of the external investigation body by PACE

Judge Bruguière, former French investigation magistrate in charge of counter-terrorisms affairs, close Friend of the Crans Montana Forum and recipient of the Prix de la Fondation, officially appointed Member of the external investigation body by the Bureau of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in the framework of its last meeting in Prague.
