Peace and Economic Cooperation in the MED-EASTERN region, new Initiative of the Crans Montana Forum

On the occasion of
its thirtieth anniversary to be celebrated in Geneva from June 26 to 29,
2019, the Crans Montana Forum is launching a new Initiative of Peace
and Economic Cooperation dedicated to Eastern Mediterranean region.
Adriatic and Black
Seas are key players of this great region and, from Italy to Russia and
Azerbaijan, numerous countries with rich and diverse potentials can become
major stakeholders of Peace, Stability, Regional Integration and Economic
development.
Thus, the Crans
Montana Forum is pleased to invite for this first meeting, Heads of State and
Government, Ministers, Parliamentarians, International Organisations, Diplomats
and major companies from both public and private sectors of the Countries
concerned by this Initiative.
For this meeting two major axis are on the agenda:
(1) Global Security in the MED-EASTERN region and (2) Global
Security and Energy Security.
