Autonomous Port of DakarThe Award was presented to Mrs. Astou Fall, Mrs. Aicha Sy and Mrs. Oulimata Ndiaye, Representatives of the Autonomous Port of Dakar, on the occasion of the Official Ceremony which took place in Dakhla in the framework of the Forum on Africa and the South-South Cooperation.
