The wars in Ukraine and the Middle East and the extension of their multidimensional global consequences far beyond the military field have brutally placed the word " security " back at the center of all concerns.
Les guerres en Ukraine et au Moyen-Orient et l’extension de leurs conséquences mondiales multi dimensionnelles bien au-delà du champ militaire ont brutalement replacé le mot « sécurité » au centre de toutes les préoccupations.

o For the GCC Member States, security can no longer be limited to the mere defense of the territory
o Assessing the value and the future of alliances
o It now encompasses the protection of energy facilities, ports, airports, submarine cables and digital systems, but also the food, water, health and logistics security of companies heavily dependent on foreign trade
o Strengthening coordination within the GCC, diversifying economies and sources of supply, and building common capacities for anticipating and managing crises have become essential to preserving the stability, prosperity, and global role of the region
o Pour les États du Conseil de coopération du Golfe, la sécurité ne peut plus se limiter à la seule défense du territoire
o Quelle valeur et quel futur pour les alliances ?
